The Project 440 College Fair for Musicians welcomes high school students and families from throughout the Delaware Valley and the New York and Washington D.C. metro areas to the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts for this free daylong event. In the morning, students participate in Project 440’s college and career workshops on topics including understanding financial aid and financial literacy, “What I wish I knew before I entered college” featuring a panel of Project 440 alumni, and career paths in music featuring a range of emerging and established professional musicians. In the afternoon, students connect one-on-one with admissions officers, faculty, and alumni from 40+ colleges including small liberal arts colleges large universities, conservatories, HBCUs, and music education organizations.
