A full day of Project 440 College and Career Readiness workshops led by our trusted experts.
The mission of Project 440 is to teach young people how to use their interest in music to forge new pathways for themselves and ignite change in their communities.
Our creative youth development programs teach leadership, entrepreneurship, and service with music-based examples and exercises. By developing these essential skills through students’ shared interest in music, our programs benefit our students and their communities –creating a world where music is seen not as a curricular “add on,” but as an essential cornerstone of any vibrant education.
Your sponsorship of the Project 440 College Fair for Musicians also helps to support our year-round creative youth development programs for high school students including Instruments for Success - College Preparedness and Career Pathways, Doing Good - Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, and Service, and our Youth Advocacy Council.

“Project 440 staged its signature event at the Kimmel Center this week, a college fair that connected 400 students with 40 colleges, from Julliard and the New England Conservatory to Rice University and Johns Hopkins University.
Students attended workshops on topics ranging from how to record yourself for an auditions to crafting a compelling personal essay — all tailored for musicians, many of whom might not otherwise be exposed to such a range of schools.” Read more here.
