Intermission Sessions & Retreat is a new program dedicated to exploring the parallels and intersections between music and yoga, providing tools for musicians to become more attuned to their physical bodies as well as their mental and emotional centers. Through yoga workshops and classes, breath and posture awareness, and judgement-free observation across all disciplines, higher levels of mindfulness and positivity are made possible within the acts of practicing and performing music.
